ดูเอกสารภาษาไทย Thai Volunteer Service in collaboration with The Mansfield Center of The University of Montana seeks young dynamic professional applicants to participate in The YSEALI Civil Society Development Fellows Program funded by the U.S. government. The objective of this program is to encourage mutual understanding, improve leadership and professional skills and generate sustainable partnerships between leaders from Thailand and the U.S. counterparts within the duration of 5 weeks in the U.S. The program offers the opportunities for the participants to gain firsthand knowledge of how organizations and institutions operate, participate in site visits, specially designed seminars and other workshops. Fellowship is considered an important part of this program. Qualifications

25-35 years of age
Working in a civil society organization
Good knowledge of English
Little or no experience in the U.S. or overseas
All backgrounds are welcome.
